Upload Your Videos

You submit your assessment videos. I analyze your patterns, mobility, strength, control, and limitations.

04 — PROGRAM CREATION

Personalised Program

A custom program is built with videos, explanations, sets & reps, deload protocol, and benchmarks.

Program creation time is not counted as coaching time.

05 — START YOUR BLOCK

Begin Training

Your training block begins with clear instructions for every session.

06 — SESSION VIDEOS

Ongoing Feedback

You submit session videos regularly so I can correct technique and adjust the program instantly.

07 — CONTINUOUS SUPPORT

Open Communication

You can reach out anytime while submitting key movements. Support remains open throughout your block.
